What does onboarding cost?

Onboarding is included in your monthly fee. No setup charges, no hidden costs. We handle the data migration from your current system—whether that's Yardi, AppFolio, or Buildium—and have you live within four business days.

What's the cancellation policy?

Month-to-month billing with no lock-in. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We'll export your data in standard formats so you can move to another system without friction.

How do the minimums work?

Residential plans have a $250 monthly minimum; commercial plans have a $500 minimum. If your portfolio is smaller, we'll work with you on Enterprise pricing. The minimum ensures we can deliver white-glove support and keep the product stable.

Can I migrate mid-month?

Yes. We'll prorate your first month based on your go-live date. Most customers migrate at month-end for clean accounting, but we're flexible and handle the reconciliation.

Are there volume discounts?

For portfolios over 5,000 units or multi-entity syndicators managing 10+ SPVs, we offer custom Enterprise pricing. Contact our sales team to discuss your specific needs.
