Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Valix account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

Subscription and Billing

Valix is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter
  • You must keep your login credentials confidential
  • You may not use Valix for unlawful purposes
  • You are responsible for complying with local landlord-tenant laws

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Valix. We process it on your behalf to provide the service. You can export all your data at any time as CSV or PDF.

Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance.

Limitation of Liability

Valix is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
