How is my data handled?
Any export you share for the assessment is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in an isolated environment, and retained only for the duration of the engagement. You can request deletion at any time.
What happens after I book?
A Valix migration architect emails within 2 hours to confirm the call, request your current system export, and send a prep checklist. On the 30-min call, we review your chart of accounts, flag migration risks, and give you a specific go-live date.
Can I bring my team?
Yes — invite your controller, CFO, bookkeeper, IT lead, or operations manager. We prefer having everyone on one call so decisions and questions don't get lost in relay.
Is there a cost for the assessment?
No. The 30-min walkthrough, export review, and timeline proposal are free. You only pay once you commit to a migration — and the first month's subscription includes the white-glove migration itself.
What if we're already evaluating Yardi or AppFolio?
That's fine — most of our customers were. Come with their quote; we'll give you a line-by-line comparison (pricing, feature depth, implementation timeline, contract terms) so you can make an informed choice.
