Yardi owns the market but not the experience. We built Valix because mid-market operators were trapped between legacy systems and their own spreadsheets, paying six figures for implementations that took half a year. We saw the gap and filled it with institutional accounting depth, delivered in days.
What's your security stance?
All data encrypted at rest and in transit. Role-based access control enforced on every API path. Every financial transaction logged with a full audit trail. The AI features do send document text to our subprocessors, OpenAI and Anthropic, to produce their output — the privacy policy lists every processor we use.
Can you migrate our data safely?
Yes. Our white-glove migration team handles the export, validation, and reconciliation from Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, DoorLoop, and RealPage — and nothing goes live until it reconciles to the penny. You go live in four days, not four months.
