About Valix

Built for operators.

Valix PropOS is the property management operating system designed for independent firms, syndicators, and asset managers who demand institutional-grade accounting without institutional-grade friction. We handle the complexity so you handle the business.

STORY

Built by operators, for operators

Valix was founded by a team of former Yardi engineers, syndicators, and CRE accountants who got tired of watching operators choose between legacy complexity and spreadsheet chaos. We built what we needed and what the market was asking for.

About Valix

How we operate.

What operators ask before they commit to a multi-year platform decision. We answer directly — no PR language.

Why build another property OS?

Yardi owns the market but not the experience. We built Valix because mid-market operators were trapped between legacy systems and their own spreadsheets, paying six figures for implementations that took half a year. We saw the gap and filled it with institutional accounting depth, delivered in days.

What's your security stance?

All data encrypted at rest and in transit. RBAC with 47 permission codes. Every financial transaction logged with a full audit trail. Your data never leaves our secure infrastructure.

Can you migrate our data safely?

Yes. Our white-glove migration team handles the export, validation, and reconciliation from Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, DoorLoop, and RealPage — and nothing goes live until it reconciles to the penny. You go live in four days, not four months.

Where is Valix based?

New York, NY. Our engineering and migration teams are US-based.
