AI you can audit.
Every decision logged. Every action auditable. Every lease scanned with a confidence score you can see.
AI that can be held accountable.
Trust, but verify. Confidence scores, audit logs, and human-in-the-loop gates on every automated decision.

Posting
Atomic GL posting with full traceability
Every journal entry breaks down to its source. Valix posts rent, CAM, escalations, and adjustments as discrete GL lines, each tied back to the lease or document that triggered it. Supervisors approve before posting hits the ledger.
Granular entries
Rent, CAM, tax, and escalation post as separate lines for clarity.
Approval gates
Designate users who must sign off before AI postings move to GL.
Logging
Every AI action lives in an immutable ledger
Pull a report of every lease scan, extraction, confidence score, and override. Filter by date, user, document type, or confidence level. Export for audits, compliance reviews, or internal reconciliation.
- Timestamp and user attribution on every action
- Know who ran the scan and when it happened
- Confidence thresholds and extraction certainty recorded

Questions
Everything you need to know about AI safety and compliance
Where does lease data live?
All lease documents and extracted data remain in your Valix instance, encrypted at rest and in transit. No third-party training. No data leaves your environment unless you explicitly export it.
Can we override AI decisions?
Yes. Every extraction can be reviewed, corrected, and resubmitted. When you override, the system logs the change, the timestamp, and the user who made it. Audit trail stays intact.
How are AI actions audited?
Every lease scan, every extraction, every confidence score is timestamped and stored in an immutable audit log. You can pull reports by date, user, document, or confidence threshold for compliance reviews.
How is my data secured?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based with MFA required on admin roles, and every action is written to an immutable audit log. Our security team can walk enterprise buyers through the controls in detail under NDA.
What happens if the AI makes a mistake?
Confidence badges flag uncertain extractions. You review before posting to GL. If an error slips through, the audit log shows exactly when it was created and by which system. Corrections are tracked separately.
