Objective
Register a new Valix account, verify your email address, and complete the initial onboarding wizard so you can start managing properties.
Prerequisites
- •A valid business email address (personal emails like Gmail work but are not recommended for enterprise use)
- •A modern web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox — latest version)
Step-by-Step Instructions

Navigate to valixpm.com and click Request Demo in the top navigation.

Fill out the demo request form with your name, email, company name, and phone number. Click Submit.

A Valix team member will provision your account and send you a welcome email containing your temporary login credentials.

Click the Log In to Valix button in the email, or navigate to valixpm.com/signin.

Select the Property Manager portal card on the sign-in page.

Enter your email and the temporary password from the welcome email. Click Sign In.

You will be redirected to the Set Your Password page. Enter a new password that meets the complexity requirements (8+ characters, one uppercase, one lowercase, one number).

Click Set Password & Continue. You will be redirected to your Dashboard.
