   Features:

   • —Delete All Portal Data — Settings now includes a red Danger Zone card that lets Managers wipe every property, lease, tenant, vendor, charge, payment, expense, journal entry, bank account, investor, and supporting record so they can re-import a clean dataset from another PM system. During beta the card is always available; at GA a 30-day post-activation window will apply. Per-batch reverts under Advanced remain available indefinitely.
   • —Reset is fully audited — every wipe writes a CRITICAL-severity audit trail entry tagged COMPANY_PORTAL_DATA with per-table row counts, and runs inside one transaction so a partial failure rolls back cleanly.
   • —Migration Hub auto-reactivates after wipe — Company.onboardingStatus flips back to PENDING_MIGRATION on success so the import banner and sidebar link reappear immediately.
   • —What is preserved across the wipe — Company profile, CompanySettings, Manager / Admin user accounts, License, subscription / billing rows, GL chart of accounts, audit trail, and support-ticket history. Operators stay logged in and can start the new import without re-onboarding.
